Services
I’m taking better care of myself and my health and finally not putting myself last. (At least not always). My husband noticed I am trying to take better care of myself, which has always been hard for me.
Chrissy is awesome to talk to, she is kind, compassionate and understanding. She never made me feel judged, even when I judge myself.

Coaching Client
[I was] nervous about working with a coach for the first time, but working with Chrissy was a wonderful experience. Every session she created a safe space for me to be vulnerable and emotional and she cheered me on
and celebrated every step I took through coaching.

When I became a partner of a police officer more than a decade ago, I didn’t know what I was saying yes to.
About Me
I had no idea what my now husband would see and experience or how I would be ok hearing about his day and still be able to support him. Since I spent my whole life supporting others and neglecting my own needs, it was easy to build my life around his job.
I became exhausted, angry and resentful that I was the one that had to continually sacrifice for my children and husband. The hard truth- I didn’t know who I was separate from anyone else or what I wanted in life.
